About me
Dana Habayeb is a contemporary artist whose work examines the role of the individual in a world of constant suffering.
Her work centers around the quote, "I'm just one person" said 7 billion people." Highlighting our obligation to commit to good and to speak up against oppression, even if in small actions.
Her Witness series explores themes of observation, truth, and collective consciousness through simplified figures, bold compositions, and recurring symbolic motifs.
By removing facial identity and maintaining a street art abstract style, her work shifts focus from the individual to the shared human experience - what we see, what we choose to ignore, and how we make meaning of it.
Four Steps to Your Commissioned Artwork
1.
First conversation—We chat about what you have in mind (as much or as little as you’ve got). Together we touch on size, mood/palette, and any references. I outline the steps, timeline, estimate, and shipping options.
2.
Concept & plan—With the 50% deposit, we shape the direction. I prepare ideas and sketches, we refine them together, and lock the path forward.
3.
Painting in progress—I begin the canvas and keep you in the loop with photo and video updates at key milestones.
4.
Delivery—I varnish, arrange insured international shipping, and track it until it’s on your wall.
